I watch this video again. The plateau of latent potential reminds me of 6-year English learning from beginner to intermediate-advanced from 13-20. I acquired lots of basic vocabulary and grammar in first year. After that, I kept and repeated watching American TV Shows, Hollywood movies, teen-age movies etc.; trying to speak/type more English. When I started to work for foreign residents, my English proficiency stepped up. 😊 My English learning seems long because I needed to focus on my academic studies and tests.
Thank you Makoto San for another great video. Though I read Atomic Habits in Chinese version, there was not much resonance. Your interpretation applying to language learning inspired me internally. I guess your understanding to these 3 guidelines make them not just planar, but acquire another dimension. Thank you again and look forward to your sharings. 😊
