For example, ic you wanna get the start to the SSJ2 Teen Gohan and Cell fight, it has to take place at the Cell Games arena, with those characters starting the fight and Android 16 must not be used by any player. To get the Dramatic Finish, Gohan must defeat Cell with any normal attack on the ground.

NotMeth all right except for the finish, has to be a grounded heavy, a light or medium will not trigger it, neither will a down heavy. Only neutral heavy.
