I have an Integra-7, a JV-1080 (with orchestral 1 & 2 and Asia cards), and a JD-990 (with vintage synth card). I love having the supernatural engine (especially the acoustic sounds) and the access to SRX cards for the sounds that I don’t have on my 1080. I’m happy having all three.

Exactly having all those gives you the best parts of everything.

You a gear head, I have the JV2080, XV 5080, and Integra 7. Also the 990 and JD 800.

I have no problems navigating the Integra 7 without an iPad. On top of that, they have an VST editor for Windows if you’re using it with a computer and DAW.

3:12 In fact they've even update the driver to support MacOS 14, which is pretty exciting. I ended up grabbing the Integra 7 for pretty cheap off Reverb, this thing looks awesome!

GREAT VIDEO‼️🔥 That’s amazing that the app is still compatible with modern day OS. Question Doesn’t the integra have more sounds (updated) than the 5080?
@park1712 жыл бұрын
Yes. The super natural and built in SRX expansions and HD general midi bank. Plus sound on Roland’s Integra catalog you can down load.

Integra 7;use to be 899 to 1100 on eBay when I was shopping for one in 2016. Now it's more expensive
@park171 Жыл бұрын
This price is sort of a unicorn because of the licensing of the spectrasonics produced sound on the SRX cards. It’s the last of the dinosaurs

It's difficult to explain to people who haven't used earlier romplers what a big deal it is to have true 16 part MFX on the Integra - patches will always sound the way they did when you auditioned them. The hype around converters is massively overblown IMO when all the core samples for the PCM engine (and all the SRX cards as well) have massive aliasing baked into them. The "grit" comes from the 90's sample rate reduction scheme employed by Roland to fit more sample content in ROM, and it's present in every incarnation of those patches, from the JV1080 all the way through the Integra and Roland Cloud JV, XV and SRX plugins. The more time you spend on good headphones the more you hear it. The Supernatural engines are much, much nicer in that regard.

True. 16 MFX it’s big.

Can you load your own samples and keep them in memory like on the X5080?
@park1715 ай бұрын
You can but you would bet need a external scsi
@hvxcolors3965 ай бұрын
@@park171 I dont see a scsi connector on the integra like on the 5080, there is only a usb on the back
