Nothing wrong with Shotokan karate but they need to do continuous sparring. It is teaching bad fighting habits all this one hit and I won a point. Nonsense stuff. Shotokan needs to grow up a bit more.

+GreyPatternMedia Thanks for question. It's Shotokan Karate. In Shotokan karate fights(kumite) they seek to hit opponent and gain a point, similarly like in fencing. They stop because referee stops them when their hit is accurate. They're shouting because it's required to shout during a hit. Did I answer your question ?
