What's up my lovelies! 🦋 I used IBD hard gel to encapsulate this loose glitter. I love this set! Be very cautious when doing this as it can cause the nail to shrink.

I found this set of glitter on Amazon that was 12 different fine holographic glitters. There are two sets with 12 different colors in each set. The one that I have has a fine holo glitter that's almost identical to the chunky one that you're using, and it's gorgeous!

I’m definitely going to have to go find that. I went to hobby lobby and found some amazing fine glitters. The craft stores are great finds too!

With full glitter nails you only have to do it if you feel like it but it definitely doesn’t matter in this case.

When I use this hardgel my press on nails shrink a little bit. Do you know what I mean? How can I prevent that?

I noticed that as well!!! Definitely and it makes wearing them uncomfortable. Honestly using either a bigger size or less hard gel will work.

Do you use hard gel on all press on Nails to strengthen them or just when you need to encapsulate something?

It’s a bitter sweet product. If you use hard gel to strengthen the nail make sure to use a very thin layer or go size up in the nail because hard gel sometimes causes it to shrink. But it definitely is great for encapsulating things on press on nails.
