i think i see why people say they've been through pain, i think it's because they are scared of being hurt that they rush into things, hoping that it will end their sufering, but the real problem is is that people try to fill holes in their heart, but they forget something important, you should open you mind to more possibilities than trying to fix something with pins and needles, because that would eventually lead to the heart ripping open again, causing more pain, if they oppen their mind and think for a second, they might be able to sew their wounds and let them heal, but sewing takes time as well as healing, so my advice would be for those who read this and agree would be, open your mind to further possibilities, and take the time to think about what you could do to heal your wounds and stop the pain, but most people would argue "you have to go through what i did to understand" this is true but that doesnt mean you cant fix it, slow down and "read the fine print" and find the correct way to sew your wounds, no matter what happens to you, you can always make it better. and sometimes you have to look back, before you can go forward, look to those who care instead of saying everyone hates you, because thats not true, look behind you and see what i mean...

I am one big walking wound from working on cars, fishing, knife and sword fighting practice, running through the woods, and very occasionally cutting on purpose. Tetanus shots, neosporin, and a basic knowledge of anatomy are all you need to safely improve your physical pain tolerance threshold and work through emotional suffering without addictive, mind altering chemicals. This song explains my life in a whole thing 10 year's of unchecked depression and when i first heard this i thought my life is finely explainable to my parents because they don't understand my life or me clearly because all they care is what they want me to do to help it and instead won't let me fix it my frickin self so to me parents this is a fing wake up call don't try and make me do stuff i don't wanna do if i don't wanna hang with family i don't have to because 4 years of a drug abusive father who never has time for me or my brother only time for his damn fing freinds well heres a notice to my dad well my parents in general how about you don't fing choose how i help my self and instead just appect the fact you trying to choose how i fix my head is actually making me worse so if any reply's to this cool but again to all parents in the world don't make up your child's choice but instead let them yes you have to be there but don't make up your child's mind for them and instead just be there to fing support there choices and if make the wrong that's there choice not yours if they a wrong choice just talk to them about what they could have chose instead because we live a fing world that gives kids very little choice and instead we give all that choice to our god damn selfish bastards in the capitol and to all adults this is supposed to be a world with the freedom of speech and instead children have little freedom of speech let's fix that instead of adults getting 90% of all say in the world and children 10% give adults 50% children 50% then mabye so many god damn kids won't have fing depression can i get a fing amen if you agree

I’m very late and rarely comment, but I’m a recovering “triple A” as I call it, and still going on day by day, but damnit I’ve been happier. The first week, hurts sometimes as much as that third month, but once you focus on yourself, and no one else, you find a clear path. It makes me sad I may be commenting now on another post that is gone already, but I hope you find happiness. Also, “happiness” isn’t something you’re born with, it takes a fuck load of effort. It’s not easy, but it’s damn well worth it. My mom once said, “choose your hard”. (She said this when I kept drinking, and never cleaning my apartment. I had bugs, gnats, disgusting.) but I chose to clean something I thought was uncleanable, my apartment and my heart. Hope you’re well, and to everyone else, choose your hard.

Nah..the person singing is Adam Gontier. From the band Three Days Grace one of my FAVORITE BANDS! If you a old fan of Apocalyptica then you know that they never seem to stay with just one singing for there songs. xD But if they did this song wouldn't near as good with out Adam Gontier.

gosh I remember getting bullied at school and after school.... it always ended up in me crying and shit...those years were the worst..still have a hard time to make other relationships because of it..it sucks...all I can say if youre getting bullied! go get help! who cares if they call you a snitch! a rat! or whatever! don't be embarrassed to ask for help! it can lead to serious problems later in life...
