I saw it in the TF behind the scenes that Michael mentioned about Brawl/Devastator's tank form "came from a different movie", and I put two and two together that it indeed came from XXX State of the Union, and just added some exterior upgrades to it. What's interesting as Theorymus said that it's not really a "tank" tank. It's a truck chasis and engine and rebuilt to look like an Abrams stealth tank.

Michael Bay and his Team managed to acquire and reused that asset from XXX State of The Union and repurposed it for the 07' Bayformers with some Aesthetical upgrades to it, like the missile pods and the anti-mine plows. What's interesting is that it's not really an Abrams that they would lease from the Army, no...the DOD won't even allow. So what they did is use a truck chasis witha freightliner engine in it, remodeled to look like an Abrams and pre-fabricated some turrets and some other Stealth Panel parts giving it a Stealth Abrams look, I wouldn't be surprised if they also added some actual controls for functionality.

Darius Stone is a lot Cooler and ultimately more Badass than the rest of the Triple X members, near or far, in or out, now or new! Like in my opinion, he's the best damn MFker even better than the main man Xander Cage and his rival teams ! The only loner with a no bullshit action with an actual record of being one of the toughest US Navy Seals ever walked on earth, he's a lone wolf warrior getting himself down straight to business and the only dude out of all X to have held countless of badass military records and past; hence, he even saved all the rest of the Triple X members single handedly and remarkably with just a grenade launcher by surprise in the Third Movie! For me, Darius Stone is my number one favorite Badass Triple X, and Ice Cube just nailed him like a pro! Love Cube and Stone both the same time! Very Badass!
