Cool !! The thing is, when you into full beast mode, you start using less weights and higher reps, which you only gain a little mass...Still some mass....It's of course obviouss he did 'roids, which is no big deal..I admit, I only did the last month of weight lifting, w/ 12 reps reps and the same sets, which gave I HONESTLY admit, made me a ONLY aTOUCH bigger !! If you check out rul's bi ceps, they're the biggest EVER !! Check out ronnie, arnold, ramy, winklaar, cutler, the arbic guy, kascos, etc and RULE STILL has the BIGGETS BICEPS EVER...Do yourself a favor and check RULES biceps and his back....No biggie, cuz some say he has the biggest back ever ??

I started training at Gold's Gym in Helsinki when I was 19. When you're surrounded by similar guys as Ruhl right from the start it changes your attitude to training forever. Even if you remain a natural like I did, you still retain the giant-killer attitude towards the weights which will be a benefit all your life. Worst thing you can do is start your training in a corporate gym or commercial chain; every teenage guy should be thrown in the deep end with guys like this.

Yes not many bodybuilders can train with 100% intensity every rep, every set, every workout for years.. Btw look at instagram videos from Jordan Peters that is intensity on steroids... :) We have also great potential in Czech Republic. It is young guy like 25yo and he is training only couple of years. He is doing crazy progress every year. Also great intensity during workout is is doing heavy duty/ Dorian style. Very low volume, but 100% intensity..
