I couldn't ever understand why or how people could say that he is loaded with synthol. He out lifted even Ronnie in some exercises and trained those biceps super super heavy with the hole stack ef plates in some machines

Perhaps he had some kind of fascia expansion or site injections...He wasnt all synthol for sure and if he did some...it blended very well so it is hard to tell. His strength was tremendous as well. Either way he was a complete monster. he did shoulder press over 500lbs on a smith for reps and leg pressed 2000lbs for reps as well. I was always a fan and thought he under placed many times.

GTOberfest In a German Video he said that he leg pressed way more than Ronnie cant remeber how much but it defeiently was 1250 Kg or more.

GTOberfest I thought the same, but I think the injections would show by now since he is in retirement and obviously way smaller. He has a KZbin channel where you can see him lift sometimes and everything seems normal to me. I could be wrong though.

GTOberfest Why he should inject in his Biceps? It always was one of his stronger muscles. Why making a big muscle even bigger? If he would have had take synthol he whould had inject in his triceps... Because it was to small in compairison with his biceps.

Another thing I noticed in one of his shoulder videos is when he is doing overhead shoulder press. He takes a VERY wide grip. My guess is that might help in stretching the dealts out at the lower range. My un educated guess is that is part of where is massive dealts come from is the extra wide grip on over head press.

Markus...he was my favorite. Unbelievable size on this guy, except his triceps. :D He did piles of bar/machine benching, piles of machine/bar shoulder press, and trained his triceps 2x a week additionally. No wonder. They never had a chance to recuperate.
