Have you noticed that once he defeated/ overcame the old X he laid the old self in a place where it was white, in a sense he made peace with his old self, so his old self found peace as well. The hooded figure was his subconscious, not the grim reaper. After battling the old self his subconscious disappeared. It asked if he was satisfied with himself. X got up and walked away. He was satisfied with the change, he was still changing I believe for the good. The youth, his supporters saw him at his old self, they saw the change in the end. Overall he was trying to help us defeat our personal demons. With this video he is showing us that we also can defeat our demon, our mind is a powerful thing, we can achieve anything as long as we put our minds to it. The eyes I believe are his own looking into his own mind, he took us into his own mind. His last acts where for a deeper reason, they had meaning. I want to say mad respect to you & your parents for delivering such a heartfelt and strong message. A lot of people do hold onto the past and act as if people can't change or better themselves. X may have done some bad things yeah, but nobody is perfect, he's deserved all the support he has recieved in his short amount of fame. His life was short, but it impacted hundreds of thousands if not millions of people around the world, and that's way more than a whole lot of other people can say. This makes Jahseh's death even more sad for me. Look everyone knows he was not a great human being at one point, but people change. He was changing to be a better person and it's sad what happened to him. But, my reaction to this video was an eye opener. This whole song he's talking about him self. Not a girl. He makes it's so general we think it's a girl. This video literally changed the whole meaning of this song for me. He didn't predict him self dying. It could be a multitude of things. That is why this video is amazing. We will never know. Maybe he was killing off his old self. X was a changed man, and still changing for the better. You can see in the video that he is stronger than his old self physically( beating the piss out of him) and mentally, (not even touching him, moving a finger and destroying him. Or. It could be, with X rocking in that chair after he knocks out his old self after he awakes from the casket. you see the clock start ticking. Which goes to a new scene where they are still fighting. They are constantly at war. This could be him showing what was going on in his head. That he is actually trying to kill off his old self. And improve. Like he says In the video, you're now in my world. Also, it says why do you love, and why do you hate? You love to hate, its duality. You can't have one and not the other. They feed off of each other. They are sad to know each other because they know they have to constantly fight within his head. It's like the angel and the demon. Also when X lays his old self to rest it is in the light, and he walks away. Maybe he knows he passed and wants to have the old x come with him in the light because if it was not for him? He would have been nothing. Also. The end scene, we cannot see the shadow figure. But he says your demons are impressed. Which could mean he has surpressed them. Then he says are you satisfied? And he gets up. Showing he was not happy or satisfied. He wanted to changed more. Maybe Gekyume is his so called final form? And that is who he was going to be in the future? But we cannot see him because he does not want to give it away to X. He wants X to work for it. That is why he is hidden between the black. He is like a guide. I really enjoy this theory. Due to X always being very philosophical. What Gekyume is saying is a lot what Jahseh preaches. What really gives me chills is his song "I talked to the devil in Miami and he said everything would be alright." The foreshadow is Insane. The demonic talking in the background when gekyume is talking. Just creeps me out. Maybe Gekyume is a demon? His inner demon? Just sad we couldn't See him blossom, see him keep the positive change going. Which I am sure he would have be able to do. It's sad seeing anyone die at such a young age with a successful career ahead of him. Rest easy X. You got me thinking about the meaning of life right now dude.

I agree with what he said, rap has the biggest influences on the youth right now. It's rare for any of them to promote positivity and overcoming your battles. So for someone so young and talented with so much hate around his name, to do a full 360 from wanting to fight everybody to promote positivity and helping family and charities. The impact he was going to make (for the better) was so great, is why I believe he was targeted. Last song on his album was "before I close my eyes" if you listen to that it'll make it a little easier for you to cope with his passing.

Basically the video is showing what he had been talking about in his prior videos / blogs. Essentially the old him ( The blond and black self) was dead, and a new version of himself was brewing. He was no longer focused on revenge, the negativity and other non positive things he was doing. He decided that he was going to start focusing on the positive. Rather than seeking revenge on someone that did him wrong, he would instead respond with positivity or not even seek revenge at all. He knew that there were too many kids looking up to him and also came to a realization that he had too much power to use it in a negative way. He was more focused on using his mind to fight his battles rather than physically fight. That is essentially what the video is depicting.
