Tikka Masala and butter chicken are very similar and share alot of the same spices but are not the same butter chicken or chicken mekhani has more of a cream factor where as tikka masala has a more intense tomato base! hope this helps :)

My favorite Filipino dishes are chicken adobo, pancit, and friend lumpia! Chicken adobo is usually served with white rice so you can mix the sauce with the rice 🍛 for dessert halo-halo is popular and really tasty!

The technique in eating rice with hand is you have to press it together with the tips of your fingers so it forms into a little/medium ball. Then you flick that ball into your mouth with your thumb like a champ lol.
