Hola! El vídeo súper útil, he instalado yo sola la pantalla y me funciona súper bien. Lo que no he logrado entender es como conectar la cámara trasera. He quitado el óptico trasero por no llega entender en qué cables tengo que conectarlo y como hacerlo. Gracias Edito: Al final he podido conectar la cámara trasera. Hay que hacerlo en el foco trasero, pero en la luz de marcha atrás, y unir dos cables para que le dé la señal al otro. Diría que ha sido lo más complicado, pero con paciencia se hace.

Find positive wire from reverse lights, this puls goes to the multimedia or camera, some multimedia doesnt need this trigger wire. Connect as i did in the video and it will work

Yellow ist for the signal of the camera, and red wire is for the trigger, from the reverse light(+). You have shema from the multimedia, where it goes.

hi. On the camera wires I connected the red one to the reverse gear wire and the black one to the minimum ground wire and on the radio I only connected the yellow connector. It doesn't work, the image appears with interference and nothing is seen. Any tips?. And great video

For some models you should connect on multimedia extra red wire, for this model, you should connect only 12V from Reverse light, the camera starts working and send the singal to the miltimedia, if it doesnt work, try to connect the camera with 12v battery

For camera you should install the camera cable from multimedia up to the camera. This is most complicated part. From the headlights you should find + terminal from reverse. That’s it.

I just did this install on my 2013 Ibiza FR last week, same unit. Unfortunately the steering wheel buttons don't work anymore and with the rear camera, it only works with the engine not running, because as soon as the engine runs, the video signal is lost. I'm in contact with the vendor in China but not getting much help due to his broken English probably translated with Deepl. Also this radio is very slow until on line after starting the car. Will probably return it.

For picture you need video cable.. and red wire for sign, but only if your car doesn't have CANBus! If you have it, multimedia will be switching to the camera automaticly by changing in to reverse gear.

1. I need to be sure witch pins are for back light, and the radio is always pluged in, and if you dont disconnect the connector, after 1day is yor battery dead.. if you disconnect this connector, the radio works only wenn you turn the keys..

After installing the head unit the MIL light (check engine) is continuously on. When I try to read the codes with VCDS I don‘t have any failure codes that should result in a MIL lamp. CAN box is conntected (also the yellow-brown little connector between CAN box and Radio), plus the red-orange cable is disconnected like you showed at 09:54. Did you have any similar problems? 🤷 I like your video, thanks for the tutorial! 👍

It worked! It took a while to eradicate the failure code from the car, then I simply disconnected the battery and tried to conncect the head unit again. Now, after plenty of ignition cycles and a couple of test-km I don’t have any “engine errors” on the dashboard. Let’s pray it stays this way… 🙏🏻😁
