I'll be the first to say that I respect others' opinions, but some of the more underground artists can swing things like this. Luckily, very luckily, they don't necessarily rap about the insignificant, "could care less" topics. Some can create a story of an everyday struggle that becomes very easy for someone such as myself, or whoever deems it worthy of listening to, relate. There is some hope for an old genre that went sour, but the underground artists will probably never be more than that.
