Rar files are an archive, basically a compressed folder. You need a program to uncompress it. I suggest 7zip

Have you only tried one of the ports or both of the USB type C ports on the display? I was only able to get it to connect with the 1 port. Beyond that, what other info for the os, and to check that antivirus isn't blocking the function with the software. Have you tried both USB type C ports on the display, or just 1? I got this message as well if I didn't have it plugged in the correct port. Aside from this, it also seems to depend for Windows 11 on new updates being installed to have it work. I only have experience with the 3.5" display, and it only required 1 cable according to the manual, so that's what I did. My guess if another cable were required, it would be to have connected to the motherboard for the purpose of direct output display similar to the arduino or Pie setups. as i know only the 5inch come with 2 cable , and 5inch model only have one type c hole and one ph port (ph port to 9pin usb 2.0 for inside pc case use) but just need plug in either one and 3.5inch model only come with 1 cable （type c to usb type a）so if they want put the screen inside the pc case they need to buy the cable separately （type c to 9pin usb 2.0 cable）

In that case the only things I know to do as I've seen is try the other USB port on the display, otherwise if you are within your return period, you may have received a faulty unit. It's smaller in both width and length than a 2.5 inch SSD, but it is around the same thickness. The length is almost the same as the width of a 2.5 SSD, while the width of this is around that of a credit card(the length is just under that of a credit card). For that sort of updated info, you may require some sort of small board computer like a arduino setup display. Hopefully refunds are a thing for your sourced purchase, so the only thing you are out is time. If you are using the included cable, I only was able to get it to connect and show updating information of the PC from the USB type C port on the longer side of the display unit. If I plug in to the top(shorter) side it would provide information, but it wouldn't update without a reconnect and disconnect each time I changed the theme or info to be updated. It could be that if you have never gotten it to connect that your unit is defective, and could need to contact for a replacement. I wish I had better information to offer than that, but having not experienced a device not found message in the software, unless the software has the start with windows element checked, could be causing it to look for a thread or script that isn't present maybe? Using the software, plug into USB port, and once configured it supplies power and data. GPU isn't responsible for anything, only the PC. I don't set mine to run from boot up, only once I open a game or while running an antivirus/spyware/malware/root kits/BHO scan when my monitor or TV are off, or just using the projector to watch something. If you are saying that after starting your pc again that it's not working any longer then that would be a defect if within amazon returns window. Otherwise, if it works when you start your pc back up, then that's how it should be by my accounts and usage. It only functions while the software is managing the info. If you are using it with some pie or arduino setup, that's beyond my use with it, and would consider posing question to those communities in that regard. The only reason this 1 has 2 is for landscape or portrait placement in the layout. It carries power and video over the USB type C connection in this. The only time it would have an HDMI port is with some of the arduino or raspberry pie display scenarios that you have to fully conifgure and set up. Also you could check what version of windows OS you are running, as there have been some issues with certain updates that I tested, or make sure you are plugging into a USB port that carries enough voltage on the motherboard, and could be that your case front USBs aren't carrying enough amperage, could try another usb type c cable, perhaps the one you have is malfunctioning? Beyond that, I can only speak to the regards of the product identical to what I have for being able to test scenarios. Windows 11 compatibility is very sketchy for now. The only things I can advise is make sure your chipset drivers, and bios are up to date just to give the best chances for compatibility. You may want to see if CSM is on or off as well. Beyond that, you can try to run in compatibility mode for Windows 7 or 10. The device supports officially up to Windows 10, but check through the comments where some have managed success for Windows 11. The reason I uploaded to google drive is due to the issues people were having with parts of the world unable to download the file from the site. This is meant only for sensors and info that is contained within that software. Otherwise what you're looking for is an Arduino board/display configuration for AIDA64 or more broad support. Not out of the box, perhaps with arduino coded program separate, but just having it connected to USB type C to USB A, doesn't show as an 800x480 monitor or display. Maybe it's possible if you have an OTG USB type C to displayport or hdmi cable or adapter, but that's just an idea, as I haven't tried to implement any such thing where this is what I bought it and use it for. I've not tried it, but there is an option to create your own UI design. If all you are wanting is to just loop an animation, it may or may not work for you, where this is basically designed as an extension sensors reading display. Outside of the software included, you could see if running it through USB type C to a mobile phone/tablet that has OTG or a gpu usb type C displayport or thunderbolt compatible output capabilities will carry this function as well. Yes, you can reprogram what the display does, but it will only show about 1-3FPS PNG images only. So you could do a slideshow, but videos will look awful.

@@Svencore The 1 system on Windows 10 I used that didn't display the correct GPU, I just manually edited the config to have it display what it was supposed to be. That is, as long as the readouts are accurate to comparison within a program like GPU-Z or MSI Afterburner for your GPU temps, and usage. I just cleared browser cache and tried again from both links in the video description that I listed, and both will start the download, and then it just takes a moment to for it to complete. I can only speak to my experience, as I'm not in locations where others are. I don't use any certain browser, I tried from gecko kernel firefox, chromium kernel Chrome, and even Edge, and all downloaded without issue. I'm sorry that you are having issues with the link, but as I said, I can only test what areas I can access. I hope this helps, and much thanks for your question, interest, and for your viewership.

@@xyberKnight it's not your fault. It's the damn company. It's frustrating when it's a Chinese one cause their customer service is non-existent. Gotta start double checking what I buy on Amazon. I'll try the links again.

I've not tried to myself. If it's detected as a display, it may only tell you what the 3.5" display's fps is, instead of the display you are playing a game on. That's the only quandry regarding showing framerate on this. To absolutely have zero doubts for that function, I would air on the side of caution and look into a configuration that can be completely customized and programmed for that. I didn't want to respond until I had researched enough to give an informed answer. I know this isn't the answer you were wanting, but I hope it helps, and much thanks for your question, interest, and for your viewership.
