Im building a similar deck at the moment myself. Super fun, and agree with everything said here. I have been liking Compulsory Evacuation Device as a way to out TER and also save a Machine before it dies from Limiter Removal. Nice humble flex on the max rarities too haha, impressive to see.

Book of Moon might be a good choice too! You can combo it with your NOC, stop and TER or if anything flip a Dekoichi back down for an extra draw!
