Patient has multiple fracture in vertebra. T12, L1, L4., Also a very minor crack in left hip. Fell from third floor on soil surface on his back, soil nd other spongy stuff decreased the impact, Patient is able to move his limbs, his sensations are intact. Some swelling around the vertebrae fractured, but no neurological deficit is seen. Neurological deptt has given that no nerve is ddamaged, but patient is not permitted to move, frequent pain in left leg from hip to upper thighs. What shall be done in such cases s? What are the precautions to be taken? Doctors heree at the hospital say under observation for two-three days nd saying there aree very lower chances. Of Operation, but we'll observe.
