*At the age of 41, I run 5 to 6kms, 5 days a week. 120 pushups (40x3) & 120 sit-ups (40x3). My tummy is almost flat. I feel like I'm getting younger. My white hair has recently started turning black again. I take lemon tea & sprouts. My diet includes Dal, rice, chapati & any season sabji. I only take one milk tea in the evening. सर आपकी वीडीयोज heart patients के लिए बिल्कुल संजीवनी बूटी की तरह है आपके जैसी बहुमुल्य जानकारी youtube पर कोई doctor बताता नहीं। आप निस्वार्थ भाव से वीडियो बनाते हैं। बस एक बार आप एैसी ही वीडियो BLOOD SUGAR / DIABETES पर बनाईए जीससे patients का और भी भला ही होगा। India मे ऐसा कोई doctor नहीं है जो diabetes पर बता सकता है। आपसे यह अपेक्षा है कि आप जरूर बनाएं diabetes पर वीडियो की उसे diabetes को कैसे control कर सकते हैं।

We really understand and also following all these, but heart patients continuously consuming highdoses of drugs regularly and commonly by all heart related persons just like medicines of BP, antiplar, rosubest exetra than how we can maintain body energy to have palletizing position, by restrictions on diet.
