1. Senha namak 2. 500 kadam raat me khane ke baad 3. Khane ke 1 ghanta baad pani piye 4. 3-4 litr water 5. Subh ko garm pani piye 6. Subh uth ke thande pani se muh dhoye 7. Refined oil nhi use krna hai 8. Green vegetable or friut khaye 9. Khane me White chize na khaye ( sugar , white salt , Maida , white rice ) 10. Dahi , rajma , chawal raat me na khaye 11. Khali pet chai aur coffee na piye 12. Raat me heavy khana na khaye 13. Daily 1 apple khaye 14. Daily 10k walk 15. Nimbu pani piye ( atleast 3 in week ) 16. Dhophar khane se phle 1 katori salad khaye 17. Pani hamesha baith ke aur ghut ghut ke piye Thanku guy's 😊

All 16 rules are necessary so well said but apart from avoiding tea you should start your morning with fruits so eat fruits first then anything healthy that you prefer
