सोचो अगर अंग्रेजो ने 12 बजे वाला कांसेप्ट ही नहीं बनाया होता, तो दुनिया में कितना बड़ा फर्क आता। लोग अंधेरा होने के बाद, अपने अपने काम बंद करने लगते, सूर्यास्त के साथ ही खाना खा लेते, 8 बजे तक सो जाते, हर सुबह 4-5 बजे उठ जाते और उगते सूरज को देखते, 6-7 बजे अपने अपने काम पे होते और 3 बजे तक घर आ जाते। मेरे हिसाब से काफी स्वस्थ होते और बेहतर प्रतिरोधक क्षमता होती मनुष्यों में।

ये जैन संप्रदाय का नियम नही है ये उससे पहले से चला आ रहा है हा परन्तु यह नियम पालन जैन मे अधिक होता है इसलिए जैनो के साथ जोड दिए बाकि यह नियम पहले सब सनातनी पालते थे

इस नियम को मैं बहुत अच्छा मानता हूं और मैं बहुत पहले से करता भी हूं और जब से मैं ऐसा कर रहा हूं तब से वाकई में किसी प्रकार का पेट में दर्द कब आदि जैसे बना सर्दी जुकाम जैसी छोटी समस्या गला बैठना का खखार आना नहीं होता है जय श्री राम हमारे पुराने नियम है जिसे आज भी साधु लोग करते हैं

Very useful information, given with so much love and care in a friendly voice. I am 72 years old and I only eat, when I am hungry since I am a retired person and cook myself. Believe me it's a great freedom and independence. My other suggestion is that keep movement, and don't be a couch potato. ( lazy man, sitting on sofa, changing channels and ordering tea and pakora 🤣🤣)

मे यही साधा खाना खाती हु रोटी सबजी दाल चावल फिर भी मे बिमार होती हु लोग रस्ते का गु नरक खाते है फिर भी लोग बिमाr नहीं होते

Few tips..... - chew the bit of food very well - no any communication gadgets during eating - eat slowly , mindfully - sit comfortably on floor , have food using hands ( no spoons) keep 3-4 time gap between 2 meals - after having meal sit in vajrasan for 5-10 min. - 15-20 min. walking after having meal - Dont Bath after having food for atleast 1 hr. - Drink water after 30-40 min. of having meal - After having food keep atleat 3 hr gap ...than sleep well

वो सब तो ठीक है पर अपने घरवालों को कैसे समझाऊ पहिले तो सिर्फ मम्मी थी अब तो शादी हो गई पत्नी भी ये चीज नही करने देती. खाना छोड़ना तो छोडो एक रोटी कम खाली तो भी घरवाले टेंशन मे आ जाते है की खाना क्यो नही खाता

हमारे जैन धर्म की जीवन रीति में इसको उणोदरी व्रत कहते है और जो जैन धर्म के अनुसार जीते है वो सूर्यास्त की 48 मिनट के पहले शाम का भोजन कर लेते है। हमारे धर्म में रातको पच्चखाण (निश्चय, नियम) लेते है सुबह सुर्योदय की 48 मिनट के बाद ही कुछ ग्रहण करते है। और जिसको दवा वगैरह लेनी होती है वह इस नियम में दवा और दुध का अपवाद रखते है।
