Less knowledge, sorry to say that. For example: stress can cause blood pressure increase; it is because, when we stress our body will secrete unbalanced hormones , that leads our heart beats faster or leads arithmetic pumps. So our blood pressure will increase or unusually too low .

Change your diet, do some exercise , if you cannot do the exercise walk 45 minutes or 30 minutes walk , then you will see change in your blood pressure. Enjoy your day , with less stress as much as possible. This is my personal comment.
