Oh yes I must have overlooked it! Feijai went into Home Hardware in Cochrane last time we went but he said it’s nothing near Home Depot🙈

You can also take Airdrie- Calgary Express, it will take you all the way Downtown for those who work there. It has been in service for about ten years.

Airdrie residents can also use Big Spring to connect Beddington Trail, without driving on Hywy 2.

Calgary 同 neighborhood towns 居住環境真係👍👍👍. 多倫多同大多區, 冇百五萬唔使諗獨立屋. 就算多倫多自己北边落downtown 唔塞車都要最少半至45分鐘. 通常高速公路會成為大塞車公路, 即係落downtown分分钟要起碼個幾鐘, 日日好是. 唉住多倫多缺點.

繁華嘅城市就會多人，多人就會衍生住屋同交通問題，我哋比較響往寧靜同生活空間，所以先無揀多倫多生活😅 不過多倫多好嘅一面就係大家選擇生活嘅誘因👍🏼👍🏼每個城市都有唔同嘅好壞，最緊要生活得開心👍🏼👍🏼

兩年前話人人Calgary生活指數低，物價樓價低過多溫地區一大截；而家樓價飆升到同大城分別唔大，咁唔通撤退到極北？

Alberta啲房屋物價係貴咗，但又未去到拍住BC,ON主城嘅樓價😅 有前車房嘅獨立屋係Calgary市內60萬都仲有得揀，依個價要係Vancouver / Toronto搵嘅話就唔太清楚啦😅

如果有錢間屋係Fullpay嘅話，Calgary嘅房屋優勢當然少，但如果要做按揭嘅話，大溫大多一間獨立屋要百幾萬，一個新移民可以拎50%首期，但要幾多入息先借到剩低嘅50%？嗰50%按揭嘅利息又會係幾多？當係大多大溫做50%首期嘅錢，係亞省已經Fullpay一間獨立屋，咁當然唔係每個家庭嘅需要都唔同，計過每個城市嘅駛費留得係嗰度生活，就一定有嗰個城市嘅好處。

⁠@@HKer_In_Canada租屋呀，租金大溫/大多一般比Calgary 貴1000，但其他方面就Calgary 貴，尤其是utilities，貴超過1倍，一來一回每月只係比貴Calgary 幾百蚊

You should do more homework with Cochrane. Walmart, No Frill ,Safeway, Save-on food as well as an upcoming Costco is only 10-15 minutes away. The have the best class and modern indoors swimming and recreation center even People living in Calgary drive to Cochrane to enjoy the recreation center too. They have 3 hi way take you to Calgary. #1, #1A and # 22 and only 12 minutes drive to Calgary City limit.

Still, it’s got the least shopping choices among the 4 places and the intersection is always busy. I personally like Cochrane a lot and still would consider moving there despite all the disadvantages. It’s all about priorities, you’re happy with the pool and recreation centre, good! We value nature and privacy more than convenience, we love Cochrane’s proximity to crownland. But our average HK viewers don’t care about these that much, we compared using the factors they commonly care the most about, it’s not even from my perspective. I’d say your comment is valid in content but ill-mannered.

高樓價係毒品，試過返唔到轉頭，試想你享受過層樓一百萬升到二百萬後，仲願唔願意變返一百萬？所以政府想壓抑樓價係徒勞無功的，因為好多官員議員係業主！

又咁講，政府唔係要壓抑樓價，只係盡量擋住無能力嘅市民入場，否則銀行批錢做按揭就唔會要加壓力測試揸到咁緊，如果好似08年咁全民皆樓個市爆得仲快。
