🟢食材:
雞翼 1 公斤
鹽焗雞粉♦ 25 克
薑片 3 片
蒜頭 3 瓣
紅蔥頭 1 個
蔥 適量
紹興酒 2 湯匙
生抽、胡椒粉 適量
🟢步驟:
1️⃣ 雞翼洗淨晾乾水,加入鹽焗雞粉、少許胡椒粉、2 湯匙紹興酒、紅蔥頭、薑片、蒜頭、蔥段和少許生抽醃 4 小時,最好醃過夜。
2️⃣ 醃好的雞翼放入空氣炸鍋中,以攝氏 200 度氣炸約 20 分鐘,直到兩面金黃。
3️⃣ 或者在平底鍋中加熱油,煎的雞翼煎至全熟及兩面金黃。
📌備註:♦鹽焗雞粉請按包裝說明份量而放,不同品牌鹹度比例或有不同。

Salt-baked chicken powder♦ - 25 g
Ginger slices - 3 pieces
Garlic cloves - 3
Shallots - 1
Spring onions - as needed
Shaoxing wine - 2 tablespoons
Light soy sauce - as needed
White pepper powder - as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash and dry the chicken wings, then marinate them with salt-baked chicken powder, white pepper powder, 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine, chopped shallot, ginger, garlic, spring onions, and a little soy sauce for 4 hours, preferably overnight.
2️⃣ Put the marinated chicken wings in an air fryer and air-fry at 200°C for about 20 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
3️⃣ Alternatively, heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the chicken wings until fully cooked and golden brown on both sides.
📌 Note: ♦ Please follow the instructions on the package of the salt-baked chicken seasoning for the appropriate amount, as different brands may have different saltiness ratios.
