Dear Bonnie, It's okay. Sounds like you are new for doing yoga. It takes time. All the thing you can not do at this moment is normal. Just keep practice and one day you will be able to do them. Start with the Yoga for beginners class. Listen to the instruction carefully. Like when you place the hands on the ground you have to put your finger tips first...etc. Once your wrists get stronger you will not feel hurt anymore. Remember to keep your breath and heart calm and relax your shoulders.

Are you 46 yo? my God, I can hardly see that! Your videos of Yoga are truly well made. Very helpful stuff for exercising at home. Thank you very much Yan!
