對外國人來說，來台灣的第一年可能會是扭轉一生的一年，它很有趣，很刺激，動盪不安，但無疑也是個挑戰！ 因此，為了慶祝我的好兄弟艾迪在台灣一週年，我接受了金門高粱酒的邀請，到台北香港私宅打邊爐火鍋餐廳，體驗他們獨創的高粱酒火鍋料理， 它當然沒有讓我和艾迪失望，甚至讓我們想要更多...更多高粱酒料理....更多金門高粱酒... 更多在台灣的快樂時光...艾迪！台灣週年紀念日快樂！
The first year in Taiwan can be the most life changing year of a foreigner’s life, it’s fun, exciting, turbulent and certainly a challenge! Therefore, in order to celebrate my mate Eddie’s first year in Taiwan I accepted Kinmen Kaoliang’s invite to try their Kaoliang Hotpot Experience in Taipei at 桂香私宅 Hotpot Restaurant! 真正品質好的高梁酒，其實應該喝熱的，可以用隔水加熱的方式熱酒。 相信我，喝過一次，就會愛上，那種酒香在口腔內迸發上溢到鼻腔的感覺，真的非常值得享受。
