5種都喜歡, 不過我個人都很挑, 做得不好吃的店家絕對不吃! 台灣的小吃其實都是經典美食, 但做得好吃不容易, 做得好吃的店也不多, 所以, 我個人並沒有常常吃, 要剛好有到好吃的店附近才會去吃, 除非像鼎泰豐那種會特地去吃! 以前台灣尤其是南部, 吃各種小吃是很講究時令的, 當季的才吃, 蚵仔煎一定是冬天有茼蒿菜才吃, 蚵嗲等炸物也是冬天才賣(因為夏季不適合吃炸物, 是在寒冷的冬日街頭, 一攤熱騰騰的炸物攤, 有蚵嗲, 炸蕃薯片, 炸韭菜捲或炸葱捲), 辣味烤玉米也是冬日街頭的美食!

Fun fact: oysters used to be considered a cheap snack popular amongst the working class, and sold on every street corner of London in the 19th century, but somewhere along the way, they got gentrified and turned into a luxury item.

12:05 蕃薯地瓜一樣 地區語言名稱關係 肉圓炸口感硬Q比較香 缺點熱量高 蒸的就相反 個人比較喜歡炸的 醬汁建議減半 差不多剛好

大墩路這家小籠包好吃喔!以前是做包子皮的小籠包，後來改成這種皮的! 02:33看起來是點到麵疙瘩去了!可以吃大碗的看看，絕對飽好幾天!

Tapioca starch is the gradient used for the gluey coat of meatball. Any edible food in TW that looks gluey and chewy are probably made from them (e.g. the bubbles in bubble tea)

艾倫有機會去南投竹山的話，有一種叫蕃薯包，外面是用蕃薯（地瓜）做的，裡面包竹筍跟肉，吃起來QQ的，裡面胡椒味很重，我很喜歡，可以嘗試看看

可以去找傳統的黑輪攤，有煮/烤的黑輪/米血/魚板/大腸/苦瓜封/貢丸/菜頭.....等等。好吃的店，湯頭是很好喝的，湯加上一些芹菜末&胡椒粉超讚！小時候當小朋友很喜歡吃 烤的黑輪片/大腸+香腸+蒜頭/抹上辣椒醬去烤，超香

Oyster omelette came from a siege 400 years ago in Tainan. Hungry soldiers tried everything they could to find food. Eventually, greens, eggs, sweet potato powder and Oyster(cheap and everywhere near An-ping shore, like mussels in UK) were cook together.Looking like a mess yet surprisingly delicious.

台中南屯市場離我家走路5分鐘 蚵仔煎 富春肉圓 旁邊還有肉羹麵 (蕭)爌肉飯 (姊妹攤)爌肉飯 水桶肉粽，好吃的東西很多

I notice(and some here noticed too) the omelet is somewhat unusual the way it served, it's made with water-spinach instead of bok-choy and used soy sauce instead of the usual sweet chilly , but all is well, water spinach usually make things more crunchy and tasty

“蚵仔煎”一定要試試台中沙鹿火車站前的那家店賣魷魚羹羊肉羹，可以要求店家煎脆一點，她的醬汁超好吃😋 Crispy oyster omelet pancake is so delicious, you should try it sincerely.

大部分的標準肉圓皮都是軟軟QQ的，不會特別油炸到表皮有點酥，只有特別少數的會剪開皮後再回鍋去油炸一下讓它剪開的邊緣酥脆，代表的就是彰化阿三肉圓。

大腸包小腸也不錯~對於外國人來說接受度比較大 割包跟手抓餅應該也可以

蔥油餅或抓餅也不錯， 肉圓的話，有些地方處理的方式不太一樣，台中彰化大都屬於油浸式，油炸就看店家，像彰化有些店家就會提高油溫稍微炸酥，而油浸的都是吃皮的Q度 而北斗那邊，肉圓是用蒸的，當然好吃與否就見仁見智
