I could understand around 80% what you are saying in this video. But I couldn't catch some words. So I'm gonna repeat watching this video until my ears catch your words. Anyway this series of videos are really nice training materials for me.

Yeah, British accent is easy to listen. But I surprised bike couldn't run on pavement in Uk. I think is it good idea that you can enjoy Snowboading Japan & NZ both of summer & winter.

Hi, I like your videos and channel, so I subscribed. UK was my first place to abroad so I like to see the movies in there. It was only short stay but I had a grate time. I understood all you said. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed Japanese life styles. What kind of job did you get after you came back to UK. I'm looking forward to watch your "All in English" video series. Thank you.

I didn't imagine there were few mountains in England ! No snow !
Thanks for making nice video to study English. I always fell like I’m in U.K every time I watch this series. To be honest, I thought “miss” means that you lost my own. However, I realized to see the subscription.

British English's easy to listen and I could understand what you said.I used to live in London for 8years so I'm used to using British English rather than American English.I love your KZbin channel cos the topics in your videos are really interesting.(I am interested in music and comedy)Especially I love these series.I really don't have an opportunity to listen British English here in Japan so I'm happy if you could upload videos you speak in English on regular basis.Thanks.
You miss your bicycle, climing mountains, Japanese food, TV show, friends and Izakaya.

I'm glad to hear your speaking in English. It may be difficult to climb the high mountain in the U.K, but I suggest the running, why not? I tend to ignore my car recently, but I will try to enjoy my bike,
How about that of my translation in Japanese languages. So it's almost understood well. So I forgot one thing that you said miss Japanese Pub " Izakaya". Thank you Helix.

I like this series. So I want to listen more. Could you make this series more? I'm not good at English. Then I want to speak English well more than now. I'm looking forward to watch next video.
Thank you very much for #4 video. Take care. ----------- Everyone. It's Twisted Helix. How are you doing? I'm gonna do another video today in English with lots of noisy cars driving by just I'm trying to speak. So, I'm gonna talk about what I miss about Japan. OK? because I miss Japan quite a lot.so the first thing I miss is my ママチャリ, my bike. I miss my bike. I really enjoyed riding around the city on my bike. maybe you see the cycle's scene in my video sometimes, and you have to ride your bike in the road in the UK, but in Japan, you can ride on the park, ride on the foot park? 1:21 so it's ..ah...it's actually not well, look at this house. see the flag. see the British flag, ha? That's the deference in e culture like in UK, it's..ah...people think it's safer to ride in the road. see, like that guy, see that? you have to ride in the road. but in Japan, you ride on the park. in the UK, it's..ah..you could see the park is narrow, it's really narrow, so you can't ride on the park way, in Japan you can ? on the path, so it's easier. so...anyway, I miss my..my bike. that's the first thing. Of course, I miss the food. I miss the conveyor belt sushi, that's 回転寿司, right? I really miss that. I really miss my マチナ寿司? I miss all about it. I miss my ラーメン noodle, I miss my Japanese カレー, but ah...maybe I should try making some of that some time on my channel, someone suggested that, so maybe I will do that, so I miss the food. I miss mountain hiking. I used to do mountain hiking in Japan, it's so good. I can't do that in the UK. there is no mountains, or there is very few mountains. There is no mountains nearly here. so I can't do mountain climbing in the UK. ah..really not easily. So I miss that. anytime, I need around sushi. I miss snowboarding. because mountains in Japan with snow, so you can do snowboarding. You can't do snowboarding in the UK. If you want to do snowboarding, you have to go to Europe, you know, you go to France, Switzerland, and then you can do snowboarding or skiing. You can't do that in UK unfortunately.but you can go to that easily, so I miss that a lot,...ah...what else I miss... I missed the TV, I'm not a big fan of Japanese TV, to be honest, but I missed the people, like the friends I made, I miss the 居酒屋, which is like Japanese kind of pub restaurant type place,.. I really miss that..and ah...I don't know, I feel like Japan is so different with UK, lots..ah..in a good way, I love the UK as well, I love here, but I love Japan as well, so there're lot of things I miss. maybe I'll go back some time, maybe I'll go back if my channel gets very popular, you know? we have to see. so what do you think? did you understand my English. If you didn't, don't worry. Open the video description, and read or I put in there, and just listen to my video again. you can watch my video everyday, all day. haha...I'm kidding, Thanks for watching everyone, Twisted Helix, please like my video, share my video, and speak you guys again soon, OK? take care! bye bye!

I perfectly understood what you were saying and thought it was interesting that you said “footpath”. We say “sidewalk” in the U.S. Footpath sounds more poetry to me. I like it!! And yes, I miss my mama-chari, too!!

When I heard the word "can't", I thought "Oh, it's British pronunciation!". Speaking of this word, The Beatles sing the word in their popular song "Can't Buy Me Love", though they are from Liverpool, that is, they are British.

May I ask you what the house with British flag means? Do they have special meaning or just decoration? I like birds singing.

I was surprised you can't climb mountains and do snowboarding. I've never heard of that fact. I understand you miss the sushi. 'Cos I ate a sushi at woodbine horse rase course in Ontario Canada. That one was a really "Block". That was funny memory for visiting my Canadian friends.
It's a great atmosphere you live in. I see a lot of greens and looks silent in your neighborhood. Helix-san,One of the things I miss on KZbin is when you don't update for a while.
"What else do I miss?" It reminds me of Murakami Haruki's novel without knowing why
@yutos86014 жыл бұрын
correct me if I am wrong. when I hear you talking in English, your accent sounds quite like RP, judging from the fact you pronounce all the Ts and that. of course you dont sound like either a scouser, manc or cockney. what is your accent considered to be? just RP, is it?
Hay Helix!! There are a lot of things that makes you feel missing Japan. I think riding a bike in Japan is so good ,too. Japan’s landscapes are absolutely beautiful. But, I know UK has also beautiful landscapes. I wanna go to UK in the future!
But we feel a little bad when bike comes from behind you where there is many people walking.

最後の方はやや適当です(汗) I have to cook for dinner now.
