Thanks doctor sinced have followed this exercise everyday for 3month,my lumbar spine stenosis pain totally gone ,before that i even cant walk more then 4 minutes as so painfull.now i can more 2 hours without any pain after this exercise. Thanks again doctor

Thanks for video Dr Wong, I have L5/S1 protrusion and tail bone off position due to a fall sitting on a rock many years ago. I felt my lower back a bit tight. 6 months ago I started have shins pain on both leg while standing and leaning forward, slowly also causing knee pain. I have been on chiropractic and acupuncture treatments. The pain is on and off; after doing your suggested exercises have some help. I couldn’t found exercises in your videos for shin pain. Any exercises you would suggest.
