Dear Dr Joe, I am vegetarian and could not eat animal tendon, etc, for collagen. Could you please advice on alternative source of collagen from plant? Many thanks in advance.

Its difficult because collagen comes from animal products.

Dr Joe! Thank you for your dedicated time. you have given an excellent explanation. I have been diagnosed with osteoponia because I have to take medications that lower all my hormones and clearly that causes bone lose. Will I still be able to reverse or prevent osteoporosis by exercising and taking my supplements in my situation? Thank you Dr Joe!

My doctor in the United States said that bone loss from osteoporosis can not be reversed. I hope mine doctor is wrong about that.
