It always comforts me to think… God is good at His job, He knows what He’s doing, He knows how to exalt His children. If I really believe He can do all things then I have to believe He can transform me!

Thank you so much for this presentation about Jacob and Mental Health. It is meaningful and helpful to me. I learned again to look to the Lord, have faith in him and believe in his grace. A new thing I learned is that the Book of Mormon really does address challenges for our time. Adversity of my own making and otherwise, and scrupulosity, have been and are now segments of my life. However my self talk has often had to be, “Believe that the Savior can do what he says he can do.” It is the Savior that helps me get through the anxiety and depression. I intend to listen to this podcast again. 😊

Brother Halverson, I know you get bombarded with people who want to meet with you. I appreciate how valuable your time is. My soon to be fiancé has a 19 year old son who has recently come out as transgender. He said he no longer believes in God and is on the autistism spectrum. He has stated that he would be interested in asking a bishop or stake president some questions. I thought, who better to answer his questions than you. I don't know how or who else to get in touch with, with your expertise. Please help us.
