Thanks for the heartfelt sharing, Zack. Wishing you peace and happiness as you search for a greener pasture out there.
Believe your viewers already foresee you going back to SG to work eventually.. as much as you cover it with your reasons, want to venture/checklist etc, to many its just excuses. Malaysians working in SG are watching the video to gauge/visualize whether they can be as reckless, find work and survive back in Malaysia. Apparently not. Not young anymore, you have a family, do think and plan wisely. Hold SG PR or not, suggest you decide soon, settle somewhere and grow your roots.

Agreed, your lifestyle has adapted to Singapore over many years, making it somewhat difficult to return to Malaysia for work. I have a few friends who had similar thoughts-they came to Singapore for a few years, then moved back to Malaysia for a few months, only to end up returning to Singapore to move forward again. Respect your choice to go back to Malaysia and use KZbin as your side income, but hopefully, you find your own direction and settle down in a country soon, as your age and family also need your stable support. All the best in your future. Good luck.
you should concentrate on property sector. JB property sector will be blooming in the next 10 years. Focus on serving retiring Singaporeans and non-Johor Malaysians who are working in SG but want to live in JB. Help to solve their problems. Money will follow once you establish and expand such network.

@@zchannelzackto differentiate from other property agents in Singapore, you must target your customers like Malaysian PRs in Singapore or retiring Singapore. Use your strength to reach this segment of market with targeted service. You need to position yourself to stand out against the rest. But if you are not focus, half hearted with your mind in Singapore job, then it will be difficult.
Trust yourselves, at least u tried, Im giving you my blessing, wishing you fulfil your dreams. I love your channel with alot positive energy. Jia you & u can do it. From Singapore
1. I know you will be great in what ever career path you choose. All the best.

Hey Zack, honestly, I think you should consider becoming a property negotiator. You've got fantastic communication and people skills, and you're not pushy at all. Plus, your vlogs are always enjoyable, and thanks for adding the English subtitles!
Bro you belong to Singapore, please come back with your family and work here.😂

Tks for sharing your experience, I feel you should return to SG if you really need the money.
Clearly you are going back to Singapore but seeking affirmation from your fans so ad not to be seen as a failure in Malaysia. Good luck in Singapore. Do not complain you miss your family life if they are not with you. Be prepared to lose some privileges if you want S$ so badly.
My experience was HR personnel judge me of owning a Apple Watch Ultra just released at the time. Do I need to report it to HR ? Any conflict ?

I chanced upon your channel and I find your sharing genuine and sincere. Just sharing abit about my experience in SG and MY. I enjoyed my life in SG and I worked and played hard to earn my keeps. However, I always had a sense of incompleteness because I never worked in MY before. After 13 years, I packed my bags and came back to MY to work. The salary was sufficient but not as good (after conversion) as SG. Do I still want to go back to SG? No.. of course this is my personal choice. Currency conversion aside, I find MY provides many affordable lifestyle options - glitzy city life, quiet city life, small town, big town - for Malaysians. I also think many can afford to have a stay home mum (by choice) to look after the children instead of leaving them in childcare. Again - this is an option. I wish you and your family all the best. Keep up the good contents and may your channel flourish. Cheers!
