क्या खाएं ? स्प्राउट्स, सलाद , ताजा मौसमी फल व सब्जियां, छोटे छोटे टुकडों में । यदि मन ऊब जाय तो इसको मिक्सी मे बारीक कर लें / चटनी की तरह बना लें । स्वाद न लगे तो इसमें हरी मिर्च ,धनिया पत्ती , अदरक , भूना जीरा , टमाटर , पुदीना , निबू , काला श सेधां नमक लेकिन हल्का आदि सभी प्राकृतिक मूल खाद्य। फल और वनस्पति का जूस प्रात: 12:बजे तक लें , उसके बाद भूग लगे तो दोपहर या दोपहर बाद फल और सब्जी । शाम को सूर्य अस्त होने के पहले अनाज में स्प्र्उट्स , चना मूंग ,गेहूं का कच्चा अंकुरित दाना खड़ा या मिक्सी में बारीक कर , मक्के का दाना पानी में 12:से 24:घंटा भीगों कर फिर मिक्सी में पीस कर भूख के अनुसार जबरदस्ती नहीं । आदि आदि । बाकी न समझ में आवे तो पूछ लें । डा टी के सिंनहा , नेचुरोपैथ मोबाईल 9336925908

Arey Dr sahab, majority people pehle se hi longevity ki taraf dhyan nhi dete, kyun aur gumrah kar rahe ho. Muscles are active tissues and it is very important to maintain a good amount of skeletal muscle mass as you age. Bone health is directly related to skeletal muscle mass. Decreasing muscles with age means decreased bone density. Healthy skeletal muscle mass can only be maintained with resistance training. So, gym workout is a good option for that.
