Positive as speaker recognised his problem. Take medication and honesty speaking we have depression at least once in lifetime. Had twice in my 60 years of living. Definitely must seek medication. Depression patients tend to have high standards of thing. As I reach 60 years I learn to let go of many things be it success in work or relationship. Let go and if you believe in God unburden to him. It is important to take medication as it relieves the depression mood. Exercise is also important.

i also had depression before...it tortured me a lot....but i recover now
