You can go so fan on Darren`s beautiful voice.. But it should also be stated that he wrote such authentic and immersive music to showcase that talent. When the room hears that opening "Mama..." heralding "Please, Mama, Please... it was just a race to the dance-floor. Eternal gratitude..

Eugene you may not believe this....I was privileged and honored to be Darren's first sister in law. His oldest brother Dennis and I never missed a local gig. We have been together 41 years and the heart ache of losing Darren is the same today as it was the day God took him home.

Elvis was ok, bit too commercialised for me, ended up a soul boy in a laughable white allin one clown suit. Only if he would have followed the footsteps of the Original Pioneer, Singer, Songwriter, Composer, Guitarist, Musical genius Buddy Holly, whom wrote more songs and influenced more musicians than any other recording artist in known history, the first man to dub music and arrange music himself by ear, even still in todays standards whilst others were just driving trucks which he should have have carried on doing. Buddy Holly MADE Rock N Roll, Elvis was just a hanger on then went soulboy
