Passive Nen aura has DBZ rules. Krillin can throw a rock at Goku's head and hurt him even when he's in SS2 because his guard wasn't up. We've seen with Kurapika and Uvogin that, even against a stronger opponent, when they dont have aura to defend themselves a Nen attack can be devastating. Theoretically, if the King had little to no aura for defence and no idea he was being attacked, a powerful enough attack paired with God's Accomplice could take him out.
