Difference between Okarun and Momo is that when Momo thought Okarun was kissing Aira (miss popular and hot) she got angry at Okarun because she has high confidence in herself. She stands up and fights for what she likes. She is one of the prettiest girls in the school and has the attitude to match it. Momo doesn't take any shade from Aira, and will fight tooth to nail. Meanwhile Okarun's self worth is lower than the dust on the ground. When faced with Jiji, the popular hot guy, his reaction is more so "I am worthless and I shouldn't even look in Momo's direction." And it makes sense. He is kid who has been bullied all his life so badly that he had no friends up until a few weeks ago. But now with the a Body model motivating him, he will stand up for his feelings. You even see his posture correcting in the end with new found motivation. Also Momo's friends are GOATED. They were having fun with Jiji messing around but the moment he tries to imply he is Momo's bf they are like "Back off fu**boy"

The living anatomical model is a old school ghost and one of the Japanese seven wonders of ghosts that appear in schools and are popular in test of courage in Japan (or basically the classic), it's basically a tsugumogami a type of yokai that was born from objects that is about 100 years old and it can be good or bad determined by how well kept it is so those models are very much alive.

What Roshi explained is actually very normal. When your eyes see something in dimmed light, your brain tries to make sense of it. Since it was Sheera's head and Roshi's brain is familiar with it, it tried to literally put a face to the back of her head in order to go "Oh, most likely it's this." Problem is that when your eyes see it, the image is interpreted as nonsense and your body starts activating fight, flight or freeze response to it. Kind of like when you see something through the corner of your eye that maybe frightening but when you turn to look at it, there's something mundane instead.
