The biggest thing to keep in mind moving forward is Eren Kruger and Grisha's conversation from the past. Good and Bad isn't a black and white contrast, anything can be true if enough people believe it, and the idea of finishing what you start (aka "you started this story, complete it" when Eren gave his titan to Grisha). Touching upon anything further is spoilers and that's not cool, but this series definitely isn't the typical "obvious good" vs "terrible evil" that we normally see (almost programmed to except) and that take that black and white approach without considering a grey middle ground.
