Cool video man , I’ve been working on deck for about 10 years and a few years ago just recently switched to cooking . I’m not culinary trained apart from a few odd courses but it’s definitely the challenge I needed ! Cleaning bird pooh just wasn’t cutting it !

This is a very broad and rather loose description of the role of a chef on board yachts, I'm afraid! I worked in the industry for thirty one years ~ both as a chef and a captain and would be happy to answer any questions you might have. I also had a training facility for interior crew and chefs for many years after I left the industry. Axxx
