My wife and I are about to sail on our first MSC cruise, and we got upgraded to the yacht club. Thank you so much for all the great information you shared regarding the Yacht Club and Ocean Cay. Your tips have given us some really useful insights to make the most of our week in the MSC Seaside Yacht Club. Cindy (my wife) already commented. When i'm in Yacht Club pool area I like to do a food run where leave and go to the main buffet and bring certain items they don't havein Yacht Club back to my wife like sandwiches. 🤣Great video.

Yes… great idea… certain things aren’t readily available, so heading down to the regular buffet to grab what you want is kind of like an “onboard” excursion! 😊🤪😊

We don’t really book cruises too far in advance… we like to surprise ourselves🤪 But, we are looking at maybe starting to book a few in advance (we’re working on something in particular right now)… stay tuned for some info on that front! I'm taking my wife on our first cruise ever in October and we're traveling to Bermuda with MSC. I decided to splurge and get a balcony room in the yacht club! I'm very excited to gain 15lbs on this trip the food looks amazing! Question where would you recommend is the best place for the sail away be?

Hey so you are on Meraviglia from NY? Such a fun trip and you are doing it right!! We suggest getting the muster done right away then you can hide away on Top Sail Deck (pool deck) with your drink of choice your server will bring you. Maybe even get a perfectly cooked burger. Grab a lounger and JUST ENJOY!!! Best feeling ever to do sail away going under the Narrows Bridge knowing you have an entire week of being spoiled ahead of you!! Let us know how it goes 😊😊😊😊

@@Taste-Try-Travel that would be lovely! Even when cruising yacht club we still go to the regular buffet to get the pizza. It's amazing. And often times they've been quite willing to make a white pizza for us all for ourselves. But on one of our yacht club cruises we were able to get pizza delivered to the topsail lounge. Put on the most recent one I had to meet the person in my suite and then bring it up to the pool deck

Loved this video! Two very important food questions! 1) is there always a seafood buffet in the YC or was that day just a special day where scallops and fish, etc., were put out for passengers? 2) did your husband like the snapper and the scallops or were they just OK? The scallops looked good, and I like snapper so I was very excited to see those available. Thank you!

Thank you!! There’s always seafood available. Some days they feature more than others, but each day they had shrimp and fresh fish for grilling… It was wonderful! And yes, absolutely. Chris found both the fish and the scallops delicious (although one day, he did have have an undercooked filet… but it was remedied immediately by the crew. Fantastic service!) Chris is a seafood fanatic and was more than pleased with each day’s offerings.
