Fact of the matter is, if you do that, you'll likely kick the diet in a few days. Depending on your daily carb intake , you should start limiting yourself to 50-75 carbs a day, 100 if you are very heavy. Do this for 30 days. Let your body enter Ketosis, and the fat will drop off you. Gradually decrease daily carb intake, with a goal of 20 carbs a day. One important thing to remember....diets do not work. This is a lifestyle change.
