In summer 1996 after 21 years of career, winners of the European gold medal and silver medalist in the world championship she retired and made the transition, building a business career.
Yael became an entrepreneur & business development expert, and she is a market leader in constructing and integrating marketing concept, execution and implementation.
Since 2013 Arad is integrating between business and sport leadership and is a member of board in the Israeli Olympic committee. Arad is lecturing in the business industry about the analogy between excellence in sport, business & life.
Dan Ariely, James B. Duke Professor of Psychology & Behavioral Economics at Duke University, is dedicated to answering these questions and others in order to help people live more sensible - if not rational - lives.
His interests span a wide range of behaviors, and his sometimes unusual experiments are consistently interesting, amusing and informative, demonstrating profound ideas that fly in the face of common wisdom.
He is a founding member of the Center for Advanced Hindsight, co-creator of the film documentary (Dis)Honesty: The Truth About Lies, and a three-time New York Times bestselling author. His books include Predictably Irrational, The Upside of Irrationality, The Honest Truth About Dishonesty, Irrationally Yours, Payoff and Dollars and Sense.

How beautifully put into words ! ☺️So true that we can only achieve our dreams and desires if we are passionate about our goals . And of course , it has to be followed by discipline , persistence , right attitude, hard work and many more. This is also true that many a times , we tend to fail but if we are truly passionate about something , then those failures won’t affect our determination. I feel, we attach the failure to ourselves and make this mistake of thinking - “I failed as a person and I am a failure “ rather than thinking - “ I failed at this thing or I had a failed attempt “ that’s the problem.. very well spoken ma’am.. thank you for this inspirational video 😊
