As a Mexican, I agree with him on the parents and home issue. It does start with the home. Also, it has to do with the politics and that is also a deep rooted issue with listening to the higher authority and letting them dictate your mindset.

💯💯Black people say they want equality and Mexicans don’t look at them the same but they refer to each other as Kings and Queens but when they refer to anyone else they are normal while they continue to tell us how they built the pyramids and that they are also the first native Americans. Then there Original Jews. Last but not least Jesus black. Oh yeah we got the Black Israelites and the 5% which consider the Black man as superior all races. How does anyone have a normal conversation with people who literally think they are GOD’s💯💯

If you from the low bottoms you know southsiders here use the N word a lot and my uncle is from florencia. I’ve been around older raza there that use the N word to do that’s a lie . I’ll take you to my jefita’s area in watts and they use the n word around there too. LA, Compton, watts, inglewood and even Long Beach is different. Mexicans that say raza don’t use the n word live in a bubble and think they speak for raza everywhere. You’re likely from the valley, outta state or east los. If you from south central or the low bottoms to be specific you know a lot of southsiders over here and use the n word
@Peege562
@Peege562 2 жыл бұрын
@Peege562 0 seconds ago I lived on a corner of 2 streets. grew up on the Northside of Long Beach…My next door neighbors were Cambodian. Neighbors on the opposite corners were Korean, Vietnamese & white, the rest of the neighborhood was sprinkled with every different ethnicity. You’d see a few NSL, BP, BST, R20s, BBC, Tongan Samoan Crip hit-ups on walls from time to time…The racial tension was usually all gang related. The blue-collar families that either had that one or two eggs that Chose that life-style, still usually vibed with everyone. Those eggs got sucked in to their gangs culture & politics & therefore were brainwashed in to seeing those others as enemies, rival gangs or not. “Race Wars” were never a thing to me. I had mainly black friends because I was usually the only Mexican that was good at Hoopin & football, & wasn’t Mexican enough to some of the Mexicans because I was born here & didn’t speak Spanish well enough and didn’t like soccer & cooridos. Lol…point being, we all make the decision on the direction we want to go toward in life. Hell, i has friend of different ethnicities that were in different gangs. I had 3 cousins from a gang. Still chose to never go that route…Sometimes we are born in to situations, but our communities actually do offer alternatives. Lots of people that were “born in” to the gangs say they never had a choice to get out, but 95% that’s bull.

I don't know if you know this but Mexicans were basically forced out of their country which is what California, Texas, Arizona, etc was. In essence they were given the choice of taking the money or lead. Furthermore, this guy has that victim mentality. Move forward adjust and grow. How long are you going to use that for. I come from a family of "immigrants" but we've worked hard to move forward and grow. We don't sit around and whine about how poorly life has treated us. You can sit there cry and be a victim or you can adjust make changes and grow. It's up to you.

This guy is confused, if your here and black you have way more opportunity than an illegal coming to the US seeking opportunity, now the difference is if your willing to get dirty and do the work or not, and yeah we in the same hoods, illegal immigrants work their way out of it, many blacks do too but this guy acting like he a slave and the interviewer just goes along with it, in this country if you want it you'll go out and get it... and if we go way back Blacks use to rob all the paisas and when the paisas kids grew up they pushed back for their parents and many banged so c'mon man

If you didn’t personally go through anything, it’s irrelevant to the discussion. Many blk parents and grandparents went through it with the gueros during that same time period and we’re told to get over it.

if you live in a hostile area you getting robbed is more likely to happen regardless of race. not all robbers are not just black people.

@@memk4749”if you didnt personally go through anything, it’s irrelevant to the discussion” I don’t know how you personally feel about reparations, but this is the same way people who are against reparations feel. Something that happened 100+ years ago no black person today personally went through slavery

@@kareemabduljacandybar4558 ... well i clearly remember the 70's and I had family in a few different hoods where there was blacks, Raza always getting robbed by blacks, blacks always getting robbed by other blacks so yeah I can see your point but either way blacks were always robbing, once the kids that witnessed that grew up, only then the shit kind of calmed down, year back some blacks robbed the wrong people and people went at it, the fighting was about that and not race but some rather say it is about race and do not admit that some black folks fucked it up for a lot.. 🤷‍♂️

@@SUR213 i honestly feel like its deeper than just people getting robbed alot of mexican gangs tax their own people and bully their own people im not buying this whole "the big black scary robber". I know theres is alot racism within the latino culture so alot dont like us from the gate there has always been tension, we are natural enemies so its normal
