Best of luck to the Valkyries (except against the Fever). For your organisational model, you might want to look at the Seattle Storm and do the exact opposite. By making them the ONLY franchise you passed on though, I get the feeling you are already on the right track.

A lot of enthusiasm but the truth is that the Valkyries do not have a competitive roster except for Julie Vanloo who was a starter. The rest is what the wave voted for. I hope that in the 2025 draft they get good players in the exchange. I hope it is Kelsey Plum and Marine Johannes to really compete in the WNBA and not participate.
