Shalom Sis, have you checked out all the words in Hebrew that end in SHA? it's typically not a good thing His name is YahuSHUA sometimes its spelt without the Waw before the Ayin, but it's still pronounced SHUA. יהושוע/יהושע worth looking into :) Shalom, and I have TONS of material on why its Yahushua not Yahusha.

Shalom beloved. Here is something I wrote a while ago concerning what you have commented here. I pray it is well recieved. The "shua" & "sha" debates need to be shut down. It's foolishness for one, but also legalistic, and militant. How entirely dogmatic it is to ostracized others for their understanding of His Name. I have NEVER proclaimed that one must call upon His Name according to either a certain pronunciation or spelling. His Name is NOT an incantation. I call Him "Yahusha" because this is what we believe His Name to be according to Joel 2:32 and Acts 4:12 "Those who call on the Name of Yahuah will be saved." Look at the prophets names. How many have "Yahu"? These two particular prophets, we believe reveal the Truth of His Name: Elisha (Elohim is my Salvation) EliYahu (My Elohim is Yahuah) Yahusha (Yahuah is my Salvation) But you call Him what convicts YOU. I know plenty of people who are still calling Him "Jesus" who bear more fruit than those who are calling Him by the Hebrew... weightier matters.

However, when I first believed, I used the name Jesus and I am fully convinced I had the Set-Apart Ruach then as I do now.
