I actually like that better than this up coming Alex Ilia fight. Alex is a bit past his prime. Skills, experience... no one is as good, over-all, as Alex; but Father Time has caught up to him. Most fans just don't know, as they want the past to stay forever. But, unlike Yair, I think Ilia will win... so I will have my ideal fight between the two peaking guys....the next generation.... likely by the end of 2024... That said, Yair better works on his BJJ, though. His striking is on a different level compared to Ilia's striking; but the Georgian Matador is elite in wrestling and BJJ...

I understand Yahir on the topic of Topuria marketing. But, who would Volka have to fight if not Topuria?... with Max? If he kicked his ass 3 times, or with Ortega, if he already beat him by withstanding a guillotine? Who is he going to fight, with someone ranked number 7 or 10 who doesn't deserve a title shot? , Volka wants to stay active, there is no other contender. He has swept everyone away, including Yahir, he beat him up. The champion must defend his title, and not every 1 and a half or 2 years...
