Great video so nice to have family along. We tried for Kokanee at lake Pardee this weekend but couldn’t get any takers. Bullard Barr will be full soon the foothill lakes sure are. Thanks for sharing.

It’s good to know Pardee has Koke too! At least with Bullards Bar, it’s so big that you can most often be by yourself and still catch. The last couple of hours, we ditch the crowd and found kokes where we were the only ones at that spot. Thank you so much for the visit. 🙏🙏🙏

💛...i was wondering how you could be in two places at once...btw, i hear shoepeg corn is good for kokes, but it's so expensive... is there any way to prepare your own?... a tutorial would be nice...

I’m glad you ask. Two months ago, I made a tutorial about making your own corn. Check it out here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oIXaf5iLqcxro9k. I froze it and used it for this trip. Two months old and works awesome. I only used the pink ones. Now I got plenty for the next several trips!!! Just regular corn on this trip. Maybe shoe peg next time. 👍🙏🎣JU Hammah⚒

@@JUNationFishing ...i remember that...i was just wondering what's so special about shoepeg corn and is it a different variety?...google doesn't seem to help...
@JUNationFishing Жыл бұрын
@@haroldtakahashi8875 Supposedly, shoe peg corn is firmer than regular corn and can stay on your hook longer. As I have proven, it is just your preference. I find no differences. As a matter of fact, I believe I just discovered that if you put the corns in the freezer like I did for a prolong period of time (in this case, 2 months!!!), the corn automatically hardens up. In this trip, I notice that my regular corns were tough and firm and hardly came off the hook!!! Have a great day. 👍🙏🎣JU Hammah⚒
