Yakuza 0 - How to play NG+ on Legend difficulty

New Game plus on Legendary difficulty. Usually when you play legend you have to start from scratch with none of your skills and all that but with this method you can continue with your progress on legend and still get the achievement for it.
I'm just following a guide made by 'Taffer', I'm not smart enough to figure this out by myself. I only made the vid because the guide's English is quite poor and a bit confusing.
