Wasn't uncommon for Mexican luchadores to make tours in Japan and promote Lucha Libre, now you can see the masked style is also popular in Japan and brought a lot of legendary wrestlers like the Tiger Mask legacy. As for Akiyama... he's been always my favorite, granted, he's not as OP as Saejima or Kiryu, but he's definitely a very technical character.

About yakuza 3-6 I think it's reasonable to hope, i remember that after Kiwami was released for PC, most of the community wasn't seriously expecting a Kiwami 2 port for at least a year or so later, Sega is unpredictable.

I can understand why. But same goes with Yakuza: Like a dragon, when Sega decided to release this game on PC first, rather than releasing 3-6(Specially Songs of Life, that explains at least one main thing why Kiryu is not protagonist). Probably Sega knows better, but as for me - it is a bad move.

Just did these fights yesterday, all of the Amon's are pretty simple except Jiro, I had to fight him 4 times before I finally figured out the best strategy to fight him. I didn't use any weapons, the best thing to do is get him against the wall and simply just have patience and grab attack as soon as his short combos end. As for Saigo, if you have the sacred armor he is a complete joke of a super boss.

im watching a diferent game ? none of them act like this in my game, the first guy immediately get up after throwing him on the ground and he gets i-frames, most of my attacks pass through him and im not talking when he is dodging, same thing with the other Amon brothers , i have no idea why they are 200% agressive on me,its like i am using the items that makes the enemies go bananas .i cant even get up or press the attack, grabs barely work ,my attacks blocked or instand dodged. I played and plat every Yakuza except this,i have no idea what is going on, i watched many videos with this fight and nothing come close to what im facing. 2nd fight i cant bait him to do the combo when im going away from him, he is either not doing a combo or charge me with an instant atack,the grab most of the time not working, even the prompt shows that i can grab him and he looks like he is grabable...i tried this fight on easy,i dont see any diference, at this point i think my game is bugged. Because i was farming xp and i was using the items to get more enemies to spawn and make them more aggresive to finish the fights faster.

it's very strange, i did no damage in the ps3 and ps4 version on hard and the only differences i found is probably kazuya amon because he tends to dodge more easily, the other brothers are the same. For the second battle against jiro, if you buy firearms and put the difficulty on easy, you can kill him in seconds, on ps3 this strategy works. for the first battle, he gains i-frame because you have to attack him in a certain way, ss + t works or sss+t ( 2:38) quite well, when he is about to stand up or press t or ss+t ( 2:52) + or sss+t dash cancel works ...moreover, try to take advantage of the combos through the wall with some combo cancel (3:20) .. when he enters in the heat phase, he will dodge 90% of your attacks, you must use heat actions (the ones you used do little damage) or akiyama's counter.

Of all the fights in the entire series, the fight against Jiro is the one I hate the most. I was a noob when it came to the Amons because I never completed all the substories in any of the previous games. So I wasn’t aware that you need to fill your entire inventory with stamina royales. But in all seriousness, I think I died at least 20 times in that one boss fight. Not even remotely an exaggeration that may actually be a bit generous. When I eventually do my 100% completion run of the series this fight and the goddamn hostess shit are gonna drive me to the brink of insanity or further.

Thanks. The battle against sango amon for me it's pretty good. I explain to you: In the first phase, I changed my strategy compared to the ps3 version and the strategy works like a charm. In the second phase it's useless to add more heat actions, combos or something else, because something like that would be stupidly risky. in the second phase almost all the frontal attacks o basic combos are useless because he can dodge everything and hit you with his weapons or parry every combos, if you are lucky you can do a couple of basic combo + ( s+t or ss+t + heat action). One of the most effective strategy in the second phase along with the strategy in this video is basically 1) dodge his attacks and use Circle/Grabs from his back + heat actions but it's pretty risky or S+T + heat action ( very quickly). i did it on ps3 if i remember correctly, there's a video if you are interested. The battle against jiro amon it's pretty good for me, almost perfect about the efficiency of this strategy an in general how I managed to do everything intelligently, in fact in 2 attempts I did everything. But 2 heat actions could be added with a little luck, but it's ok. The battle with kiryu it's probably my favorite one.

I dunno. I'm playing on normal and can barely get past Akiyama's part with the items I had equipped, probably gotta just fill everyone up with staminan sparks for this bullshit.
