It's pretty easy and I make a bunch of mistakes but I still won and it's not like you can Tiger Drop her so I didn't care too much about being clean. Enjoy! +devilleon7 Hey, it's Devilleon! I actually use an Haupagge PVR 2, and I did go into the video settings editor and play with the color and brightness levels! I wish I had a better answer for you. I still don't know why, but when I was recording this stuff a year ago in the JP version, the framerate and sound was awful, and nothing has changed so I really have no clue. The biggest problem this Haupagge, is 95% of my videos record a few minutes of garbage in the beginning that I have to review and trim out. I'm talking a stuck dead frame for up to 10 minutes. I have to be careful since some of the videos are literally unusable, I've lost a lot of footage thinking it was good, then after saving and watching them to realize it was garbage. Hope you figure it out!

It's not showing up for me I went to the exact location where the locker/parking lot was in Osaka with Haruka and its not activated. I beat the Amon clan before beating the main story. It was just the four guys because Haruka was at the concert. I can face off against Noa if all five received a letter in New Serena in premium adventure mode? Oh and I passed all her side stories (dance battle stories/job missions) and substories.

+Nathan Brown Have you checked her work missions? Are you sure you're at 48/48 which I think is the max? I'm almost positive those and the sub stories are how Noa is unlocked. You should see a dude out in front of Harukas office, in a black suit who will give you a letter about Noa. Then you should be able to head over to the parking lot and she'll appear
