@TecTitan The closest thing I could compare it to is a Motorcycle Club (MC). If they're already on a "watch list", an international incident would have all eyes on them. Orders came from someone to send a clear message but for him to be able to walk away. Certain MCs own territories in the states. That should be its own geography lesson.

There is also the fact that the guy is constantly livestreaming his every action, so actually getting at him isn't easy. Being black myself, I'd definitely say there's no such thing as having immunity to being a racist. I understand the reason a lot of people in the black community say this because some always argue the concept of *institutionalized racism,* which I think has been too conflated with the basic definition that most people would recognize from the dictionary, which is simply _"discrimination against race."_ The 2 are different because 1 has a level of classism to it, where as the other is just racial discrimination in general; some people in the community just don't make a distinction and that's why we end up with weird conclusions like these, hope that gives insight.

I could tell from a glimpse of his elaborate upper arm tattoos, and short haircut. I believe that man was assigned to follow him. In Japan, everyone is patriotic, even the people in the Yakuza. They will not put up with insults to their culture and nation. In prison, I would think that they may message a inmate member to "pay him a visit to make him show respect".

It has nothing to do with kindness but courtesy. Anybody who has lived in Japan as a non native will be able to tell you about the widespread antipathy against foreigners behind closed doors that you will encounter in multiple situations. However the japanese culture is rooted in courtesy and civility and being overly aggressive would just lower yourself in japanese eyes. Also if you understand japanese history and culture you will learn that in it the ignoring of somebody is a punishment in itself as ignoring a person has been close to a death sentence back in the days of the old japan hundreds of years ago.
