There is another moment from 3 or 4 where the Tojo leaders are squabbling over who is going to take over the Vice Chairman seat. Then Majima just stands up, looks back at these children and just says "I don't care what happens, but if any of you fuck with my terf, I will kill you" and no one, not even the mouthy power drunk weasel tests Majima. They all know, they all felt it, that the Mad Dog is not playing around

Except they are too lazy to even copy the other 3 combat styles...mad dog style itself contains few combos, and just 2 kiwami's, one of which can only be used to crowds. Demonfire barely works. You can still have fun if you play the saga as fresh air from the main game, but I played the whole thing through at one time after finishing the main story and got bored at the end cos the combat is extremely dull.

I think Kei Ibuchi just took some parts of old Takahashi's design. In the original Yakuza 2 game, Takahashi looked like what Kei Ibuchi looked like, a young glasses wearing yakuza, the Kiwami 2 Takahashi is modeled more like his voice actor now. They almost have the same goals of wanting complete control of the Yakuza and merging the two big groups, and they're just a gun guy rather than fighting with fists, and it's heavily hinted that Takahashi hired Kei to do all of this to spark a war.
